Abstract

ABSTRACT The paper presents a technique which measures 3-D diffiise object's surface phase. By computersimulation, it has been found that the technique posses the properties of simple phase reduction algorithmand fast data processing as well as high accuracy. Particularly h€ simulation of phase measurement withreflectivity variation has been given.Keywords: phase measurement, simulation, moire, reflectively variation 1. INTRODUCTION The phase shift1 and Fourier transformation2 are the techniques which are applied in 3-D object'ssurface shape measurement. If one wants to get higher measurement accuracy, the phase shift method willencounter difficult of higher accurate phase step and Fourier transformation will need a lot of calculation.In order to perform 3-D object's surface shape measurement, one can directly analyze the deformed fringe pattern. According to the intensity of fringe, we put forth a technique of phase measurement which dependson weighted average of fringe gradient. The recorded intensity will be normalized and interpolated.
