ABSTRACT The some important problems for quantitative measurement of the structure vibration by interferometricoptical fiber sensor which is embedded in civil engineering and composite material structure are described in this paper. Here are mainly:1 .The classification of interferometric optical fiber sensor 2. The calibration of sensitivity coefficient of optical fiber material3. The method of signal processing and quantitative analysis for stable vibration4.The method ofsignal processing and quantitative analysis for random vibration 5 . The embedded method of optical fiber sensor in the structure6.
