Abstract

ABSTRACT According to the characteristics and construction goals of distribution sales enterprises, the intelligent sale management system design and development methods based on caller ID display which take full advantage of the advanced teleph one and network technologies. Based on the above methods and technologies, the intelligent sale ma nagement system had been developed. Moreover, in practical applications, it has achieved good re sults, and is a good complement for CTI and CRM systems. INTRODUCTION With the development of information technology and rapid progress of network, the traditional business model has changed much. The provided products and services are increasingly commercialized, and the product homogeneity tendency is stronger and stronger, the unique competitive advantages are more difficult to obtain. Direct sales model directly faces to customers, which can bring the best interest of customers. In practical operation, however, there are various problems that hinder the further development of enterprises, which are mainly shown on: slow re sponse to customer demand, low customer service quality, resource waste and low management level. By advanced Internet and telephone technologies, some persons developed CTI (Call Center) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. These systems, though, have complete functions, the investment are too much, and furthermore, the mainte nance cost is too high for small businesses to bear. The intelligent management system developed by us uses the computer equipped with Modem and network card, which is based on MSComm and Wi nsock, and very practical. It quickly responds to customer demand, as well as high customer service quality, which greatly improve the management level.
