Abstract
ABSTRACT Analysis of concentration different gases in a mixture is very important for many industrial processes on factories, thermalpower stations, for control waste gases of factories and automobiles. The remote monitoring of temperature allows tocontrol burning processes on power stations. Information about temperature of flame and concentration some gases (02, H2,NO, and CO) in an exhaust gas mixture may be used for automation technological processes on power stations.Keywords: bichromatic pyrometer, hydrogen, oxygen, MIS structures, solid electrolytes. 1. INTRODUCTION Most expanded gas analyzers are based on using electro-chemical cells. Different cells are used for this purpose but all ofthem have shortcomings. First of all they have short working time period of continuous using from one to six months andshed sensitivity during this time. There are some alternatives for these cells.
