Abstract
This article is an analysis of the doctrine of the Israel Supreme Court and the application of international legal norms concerning human rights and international humanitarian law within the Occupies Territories. We analyze the law of Israel and Jewish-democratic values that recognize the freedom of expression and protection of fundamental human rights. For the investigation were taken into accounts the judgments of the Israel Supreme Court and the relevance of domestic law. Among the objectives is to analyze the decisions and cases that have recognized the violation of fundamental rights of the Palestinian population, as well as others who simply do not know the application of international law on terrorist threats to the Israeli population. Th e importance of this research is that most legal literature is related only on the Arab-Israeli confl ict aside the decisions of the Supreme Court because of military action against the employed population.
