Glycosmis kanburiensis (Rutaceae) from Kanchanaburi Province, southwestern Thailand is described as a new species. It is similar to G. esquirolii (H. Lév.) A taxonomic description, illustration, photographs, geographical distribution, ecological data, and conservation status are provided.
