Abstract
This paper describes analytical applications of K + -selective liquid membrane electrode. The membrane is the solution of the active complex formed by the K + ions with dibenzo-18-crown-6 ionophore (DB-[18]-C-6) extracted in propylenecarbonate (PC). Successful application of the developed electrode for K + ions determination in aqueous solution and samples of commercial mineral water by direct potentiometry is presented.
