Abstract

A 53 year-old woman, who had Wegener's granulomatosis for 10 years developped pyoderma gangrenosum lesions on the scapular area and on the legs. Cotrimoxazole was effective to control skin lesions, this suggesting a pathophysiological relation of both diseases.
