Abstract

The ion-ion hybrid mode, with frequencies omega approximately=( omega /sub c+/ omega /sub c-/)/sup 1/2/, is briefly analyzed for a warm plasma containing positive ions (gyrofrequency omega /sub c+/), negative ions (gyrofrequency omega /sub c-/), and electrons.
