Although Dirac neutrino masses are generally not calculable in SU (2)L× SU (2)R× U (1) electroweak gauge models, they can be bounded from below under certain naturalness assumptions. The generic result is [Formula: see text], where ζ and m1, m2 are the mixing angle and mass eigenvalues of WL, WR.
