Abstract
Single and coupled quantum dots have been fabricated in single-wall carbon nanotubes, and electrical transport results are presented, which support their formation. The microwave response of the single quantum dots are also presented. Transport results are basically explained within the orthodox model of the single electron transport, but it is shown that the present fabrication process needs further improvement for the precise control of the dots.
