Abstract

Ce(Ru 1− x Rh x ) 2Si 2 mixed compound has two distinct magnetic regions as a function of x. For 0.03< x<0.4, an SDW appears with magnetic wave vector q(0 0 k) where k varies with x, while for x>0.5 an antiferromagnetic ordering occurs with a magnetic wave vector q( 1 2 1 2 0) , characterized at x=0.6 and 0.7. There are three quantum critical points at x=0.03, 0.4 and 0.5. In this paper we report the temperature dependence of the relaxation rate in μSR experiment for x=0.5 which shows non-Fermi liquid behavior. Based on the low temperature μSR experiments, the ground state for x=0.5 will be discussed.
