Abstract

Measurements of the electrical resistivity, magnetization, susceptibility, and specific heat of ${\mathrm{Ce}}_{2}{T}_{2}\mathrm{In}$ $(T=\mathrm{C}\mathrm{u},\mathrm{A}\mathrm{u},\mathrm{P}\mathrm{t})$ at low temperatures are reported. For $T$=Cu and Au, antiferromagnetic order is seen below ${T}_{N}$=4.5 and 3.6 K, respectively. For $T$=Pt, spin-glass freezing is observed below $\ensuremath{\sim}$0.5 K. There is no indication of coexistence of magnetic order with heavy-fermion behavior.
