Abstract

We report a low-temperature annealing process for the fabrication of an electrochromic device based on a SnO2 nanocrystalline film. The device exhibits high transmittance and fast response times in the bleached state, and the difference in transmittance between the colored state and the bleached state is higher than that of a TiO2 film fabricated by low-temperature annealing.
