Abstract
AbstractFreezing high oil seeds with liquid nitrogen and immediately grinding shortened time for required grinding considerably. Frozen seeds did not lose oil to the mill or storage container. Chemical analyses should be more accurate on samples frozen before grinding since there is no oil loss from ground material.
