Low-speed wind gusts used for experimental evaluation of eigenfrequencies of tall reinforced concrete chimneys

Abstract

Dynamic data for reinforced concrete (r.c.) tall chimneys can be evaluated using their vibration measurements in low-speed wind gusts. The paper describes the method and gives examples of its application for some existing r.c. chimneys. Results are presented and discussed.
