Abstract

In order to get the lower-side-lobe pattern,Genetic Algorithm models of the 16 elements linear array antennas and the 32×32 elements planar array antennas were presented.The two kinds of the array antennas patterns were synthesized.And,the synthesized emulation results of the genetic algorithm and Chebyshev,Taylor classical methods were compared.The results of the comparisons show that the first side-lobe level of the optimization pattern using the genetic algorithm reaches at-40dB and the optimization efficiency is higher than the classical methods.The technology supports to the applications of the array antennas synthesis using the Genetic Algorithm were given.
