Abstract
Reports on low supply voltage BiCMOS static random access memory (SRAM) circuit techniques that could help to keep BiCMOS performance ahead of CMOS designs, SRAM circuit blocks should be designed using the most effective techniques for each function to achieve maximum performances with optimum tradeoffs. This methodology has been proven in many high-performance BiCMOS SRAM designs. There are other techniques, such as the multiple voltage supplies, which provide additional solutions to the low supply voltage problems. Control logic, decoders, memory array, sensing stages, and multiple voltage suppliers are discussed. >
