Abstract
The low-lying positive-parity levels of19F are interpreted in the framework of the rotational model including the RPC term. The level energies, someB(E, λ), the quadrupole moment for the 5/2+ state and the magnetic moment μ for the ground state are calculated and compared with the corresponding experimental values. The deformation parametersβ2 andβ4 are deduced from the intrinsic multipole moments.
