Abstract

Studies of dielectric nonlinearity in lead magnoniobate ceramics doped with lithium show that at a certain value of external field amplitude E, two peaks appear on the temperature dependences of effective dielectric permittivity ɛeff′(T). They are caused by the dynamics of the polar regions in the vicinity of diffuse phase transition and by variation in their volume under the action of field E.
