Abstract
The effects of the random modulation of fluctuating local fields on the NMR spectrum in a weak external dc-field are studied using a numerical method. The local field is assumed to change through the three-dimensional anisotropic Gaussian-Markovian processes. The shift of a peak position of the spectrum from the Larmor frequency of the external dc-field is obtained for various values of anisotropy parameters and modulation rate of the local field. The results obtained are discussed in analysis of the observed NMR spectrum of rotary resonance in the rotating frame, which is an experimental method to study the low-field spectrum.
