Abstract

The experimental systematics of the low-lying states of 131-137Ba nuclei with N=75-81 are discussed in terms of the semi-microscopic particle-vibrational model taking into account anharmonicity of the even-even core. Good agreement between the experimental and theoretical energies, magnetic dipole moments and spectroscopic factors is obtained. The approach used here presents a test for the experimental quadrupole moments and transition probabilities of adjacent even-even Ba nuclei.
