Abstract
We study the production of bremsstrahlung photons in relativistic $\mathrm{nucleon}+\mathrm{nucleon}$ collisions by introducing a deceleration time of electromagnetic currents. It is found that the bremsstrahlung photon spectrum at low energy does not depend on the deceleration time, but solely on the amount of reduced electromagnetic current in collision. On the other hand, the photon spectrum becomes soft with increasing deceleration time. We also find that the bremsstrahlung photon spectrum in $p+n$ collisions is quite different from that in $p+p$ collisions at low energy.
