Abstract

In article number 2202031, Xinping Zhang, Fuqiang Wang, and co-workers propose and achieve a low-cost and large-scale producible radiative cooling glass with multiband radiative regulation performance. Utilizing only three layers of thin films, the proposed glass can transmit visible light, block near-infrared light, and emit heat to outer space. Furthermore, it achieves a maximum temperature reduction of 18.1 °C in a rooftop measurement and a maximum energy-saving efficiency of 23.4% compared with common glass. This study provides a remarkable idea for designing high-performance energy-saving materials.
