Abstract
The multicomponent rhombohedral ferroelectric PZT-based material with the impurity of a tetragonal phase, modified with certain additives was studied. Its Curie point is 215 °C. The peculiarities of microstructure, dielectric and pyroelectric properties, and also the dependence of the dielectric permittivity maximum temperature on the measuring field frequency suggest that this material belongs to ferroelectrics-relaxors.
