Lung granulocyte patterns are useful to select therapies for patients with treatment-refractory asthma. Although common, little is known about the clinical features of patients with a pauci-granulocytic phenotype. The purpose of this analysis was to define differentiating clinical features in children with pauci-granulocytic asthma.
