Abstract
RF MEMS switches shows many advantages over the conventional switches used, however the switches face drawback such as high actuation voltage. This paper presents usage of meander based MEMS design, to be operated in the RF range of wireless transmission, to improve the performance of mobile devices by reducing the actuation voltage. The whole design is designed considering to have high isolation and low insertion value to give high efficiency to the device at low operational voltage.
