Abstract

British space scientists will, after all, be able to participate in Columbus, the contribution of the European Space Agency (ESA) to the USA-led international space station programme. Mr Kenneth Clarke, the Minister responsible, has now been persuaded that the government should put £250m into the project over the next ten years.
