Abstract
This paper criticizes the Kripkean ontology, which is based off in modal logic, because of the adoption of the folk psychology as a guide of his philosophical project. Also, it discusses the Millian inheritance of the Kripkean theory of objects, concluding that it is not desirable a philosophical system based on ordinary intuitions.
