Abstract
The Yogyakarta Principles (2007) have as aim the application of human rights in relation to “sexual orientation” and “gender identity”. This paper tries to clarify its meaning and ideology, origin, nature and objective —since they are largely hidden—, as well as its powerful influence in Spain.
