Abstract

This article presents the results of a case study carried out in a school where a researchaction process is launched that fails. The object of this study is to understand in depth which inhibitors have been involved in it. We are dealing with a qualitative investigation. As instruments for the investigation, video recordings have been made. Teachers, students and families were interviewed. Abundant field notes of observations in the classrooms were made. Finally, the data has been triangulated with interviews with different teachers, holding a meeting with the management team. We have verified that the internal inhibitors were the most frequent and most influential in stopping the project.
