Abstract
Entre las nuevas formas de organización empresarial destaca la formación de las cadenas globales de producción. Este fenómeno productivo desborda no sólo los marcos nacionales desde el punto de vista jurídico sino que además transforma los marcos de relaciones laborales como los conocíamos hasta ahora, afectando los derechos sociales de los trabajadores.
