Los contextos de guerra, violencia, negociación y su influencia en los conflictos en la Universidad de Antioquia

Abstract

The context is one of the categories of analysis to understand the conflict, its treatment as well as its resolution, and it became part of the object of the research study. The objectives of the research were as follow: to analyze how the contexts influence the internal conflict at Universidad de Antioquia. Also, identify what causes and types of conflicts have originated unrest at Universidad de Antioquia. Additionally, analyze the ways of treatment and resolution of conflicts at Universidad de Antioquia. This text is based on analysis of the international context in the treatment and resolution of conflicts, which is predominantly through war and violence, with repercussions on the national, local as well as at Universidad de Antioquia. These elements were the most widely accepted for understanding international relations, from the First and Second World Wars to the 80s, recognizing in the last period the processes of negotiation and the search for peace in the treatment of conflicts from the international level, with their repercussions on the national and local levels. And finally to identify the influence that theses contexts have had on the treatment and resolution of conflicts at Universidad de Antioquia.
