Abstract
The fluctuations encountered on the surface of silicon nanowires during a protein detection experiment have been proved to exhibit a direct link to the analyte's receptor density. This dependence can be used to efficiently perform multi-target detection measurements. The proposed technique is based on utilizing a decomposition algorithm to individually identify each species present in an electrolyte solution.
