Abstract

The NHS Commissioning Board and local clinical commissioning groups will have a duty to promote education and training under a government amendment to the Health and Social Care Bill that has been approved by the House of Lords. Another amendment to the bill tabled by the crossbench peer Narendra Patel was also agreed.
