B Y the title, Looking the Facts in the Face, I have not intended to have you anticipate being burdened with statistics with which you are already painfully familiar. The Grading Committee with scientific accuracy and with admirable scholarly procedure has accumulated, organized, and disseminated the facts and figures to the nth degree and is entitled to the appreciative thanks of everyone interested in the welfare of the nursing profession for its frank, courageous, and discriminating reports.
