Abstract
Differential CCD photometry of the δ Scuti type star DQ Cephei has been carried out over 10 nights (about 55 hr) in 1998. Frequency analysis of the data confirms two pulsation modes, at f1 = 12.68 cycles day-1 and f2 = 8.049 cycles day-1. Comparing these observations with results from past years, one can see an amplitude variation in both modes. The variation period will be longer than 50 yr, and the amplitudes of the modes vary with opposite phase.
