Abstract

The various light charged particles emitted in the neutron fission of233U have been detected. The identified particles are the isotopes of hydrogen, helium, lithium and beryllium. The yields of2H,3H,3He,6He,8He, Li and Be relative to the long-range alpha-particle emission are given. The experimental data and the Gaussian fits of the energetic distributions are reported for3H,3He,4He,6He.
