Abstract

A 23-year-old woman with a history of an unknown type of müllerian anomaly presented with outlet obstruction and hematocolpos 3 years ago at an outside facility. At that time, she underwent surgical evacuation with a small incision made in a vaginal septum. She was doing well initially but later complained of chronic vaginal discharge. On physical examination, the cervix was visualized, and the vaginal septum extending from the introitus to the upper vagina was identified. Copious thick discharge from a small opening in the septum was noted.
