Abstract
With an interest in development of novel therapies for the management of pre-eclampsia and prolongation of gestation, we set out to determine which biomarkers of endothelial dysfunction are most strongly associated with disease activity and severity in patients with pre-eclampsia. The aim of this particular study was to assess the activity of biomarkers at delivery and in the postpartum period and to compare their activity in patients with pre-eclampsia with and without severe features.
