Abstract

The article is devoted to the treatment of patients with chronic duodenal ulcer perforation. An analysis of the long-term results of treatment of 160 working-age patients, who underwent operation on chronic duodenal ulcer perforation. 79 patients of control group underwent suture plicaton. The main group consisted of 81 patients. These patients were operated on peptic ulcer disease. The results of the study showed suture plication to increase the number of ulcer disease recurrence by 35.2%.
