Abstract

Free tissue transfer (FTT) is critical for limb salvage of chronic lower extremity (LE) wounds. In patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD), FTT to the LE may be challenging owing to limited vessel selection for anastomosis. Herein, we evaluate our surgical and functional outcomes following FTT to LE in patients with PAD.
