Abstract

Purpose: Although there are a number of reports on patients with accommodative esotropia and a high accommodative convergence to accommodation (AC/A) ratio, all are from referral-based or tertiary care centers. The purpose of this study was to describe the long term outcomes of high AC/A ratio from a population-based cohort.
