Abstract

In the Studies of Left Ventricular Dysfunction (SOLVD), treatment with enalapril reduced short-term mortality for patients with symptomatic but not asymptomatic left ventricular systolic dysfunction. We reported here data from a 27-year follow-up of SOLVD to determine the long-term effect of early
