Abstract
Two cases of intrabronchial foreign bodies, one for seven years and another for three years have been presented. The literature on the subject has also been reviewed. In these cases the presenting symptoms and signs were chronic cough, irregular fever, pain chest, loss of weight and numerous rales and some ronchi over different sites of the chest.
