Abstract

More than one‐third of U.S. workers report that their mental health has taken a turn for the worse, according to a news release from The Conference Board, a non‐profit research group organization. What's the culprit? Survey respondents said, among other factors, long hours and excessive workloads. For example, the survey found that nearly half of those workers who reported decreased mental health worked more than 50 hours per week.
