Abstract
With the rapid logistics development, agglomeration and efficient operation of logistics industry have become a widespread concern. In China, the central region can better represent China’s overall development status. But researches on city cluster logistics have been insufficient. Thus, this paper provides quantitative evaluations of central city cluster logistics development, taking 2007-2013 dynamic data for analysis basis, analyzes central city cluster logistics scale characteristics based on logistics agglomeration by HHI index, and reveals that logistics growth pole of central city clusters is not obvious; then, it analyzes central city cluster operation quality characteristics based on logistics efficiency with DEA model, indicating that central city logistics efficiency maintains ineffective DEA; finally, it proposes relevant suggestions which can serve as reference for similar development regions.
