Logistics Efficiency Evaluation Model of Small and Medium Sized Cross Border E-commerce Enterprises

Abstract

Logistics efficiency is the key to the operation and development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and it is also the guarantee of their profitability and operation ability, especially for some small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises. These cross-border e-commerce enterprises have deficiencies in logistics system construction and logistics management, and the efficiency of logistics resource allocation is reduced. Therefore, this paper analyzes the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises through DEA model, and concludes that the overall efficiency of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises is higher, but it has not reached the best effective level. Therefore, in the future, small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises should pay more attention to the construction of logistics system, play the logistics management function and improve the logistics efficiency.
