Abstract
The issue of logistics locations and distribution policies is already well known, but few have considered them at the same time. Such different and at the same time close parts of the firm's activity are quite well combined in the notion of trade logistics. At the present time, many works (textbooks, articles) are known regarding this type of logistics. Everything is considered in the complex and little attention is paid to the components of the system. What makes it necessary to consider its components in more detail. This article describes the location of logistics and distribution policies as one of the key factors for success. The main purpose is to uncover the interaction of these areas of activity and integrate them in the concept of trade logistics.
