Abstract

The scientific analysis and selection for logistics center location is a key section in establishing a logistics system. By making an in-depth study on the uncertainty in the selection of logistics center location, this paper presents a comprehensive method based on Entropy fictitious ideal solution for logistics center location selection, and an actual example is introduced. The results show that Entropy fictitious ideal solution method not only can combine comprehensively the relative approach degrees among the evaluation indexes and the fictitious indexes but also have the more strong objectivity than other subjective methods for logistics center location selection, so the evaluation results should be more rational and more objective. This method will provide a scientific analysis model for the enterprise to choose the best logistics center location.
